ESO Clinic offers reduced price for Carers

In support of Carers Week 2015, the ESO Clinic has launched Care for Carers, a three month offer that enables carers to receive an initial consultation and ongoing treatments at a reduced price.

£16 for first consultation
£14 for subsequent treatments

The offer is open to new and existing patients who are either in receipt of Carers Allowance or who are employed as a care worker. Simply mention the concession when you book and bring proof*
of eligibility with you when you attend Clinic.

* Proof would include items such as work ID, a recent payslip or a letter on official headed paper.
