Boxley Campus
The majority of classes take place at our academic site, Boxley House
Boxley House set in 17 acres of parkland in an area of outstanding natural beauty, providing a relaxed and friendly atmosphere conducive to study.
There are 5 teaching rooms, equipped with modern adjustable couches for use in practical classes, with one room that is used for theory lectures only. All classrooms are equipped with a range of teaching resources, including ceiling mounted projection and audio units to aid the teaching environment. Boxley houses the School’s well equipped modern library.
A canteen and dining area is provided within Boxley House. The canteen offers freshly prepared food on a daily basis, with a vegetarian option always provided. Fridges and microwaves are provided for student use. In the summer students can eat outside on the large patio, where they can enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
Student common areas provide space to relax and socialise, with equipment available for table tennis, pool and table football plus a large flat screen TV and games console. Treatment couches are available for student use outside of timetabled lectures. During the summer months students take advantage of the spacious grounds to play volleyball, football and other sporting activities – there is also indoor and outdoor gym equipment for student use. Some students prefer to use their lunch breaks for running and the public footpaths that cross the property are ideal for this. Of course, most prefer just to stroll through the grounds or relax in the shade of one of the numerous trees. There is a riding school located within 10 minutes’ walk from the School, with plenty of bridle paths for the more experienced rider. Shower facilities and lockers are available for student use.
There is a large, free car park, sufficient for all students and staff parking, along with cycle racks.
