Conference Presentations
The ESO encourages graduates and staff who have conducted high-quality research projects to submit to a range of national and international conferences.
In 2019, the ESO had seven abstracts accepted in the Institute of Osteopathy’s Research in Practice prize category at the iO Annual Conference. Two alumnae were awarded runner-up prizes; Samantha Watson and Tamsyn Webb. Graduates Damien Laruelle and Annmarie O’Sullivan presented their research at the 49th Annual Scientific Meeting of the British Medical Ultrasound (Ultrasound 2017) and the UCO International Education Conference 2017 respectively. In 2016, Graduate Jane Beazley had the fantastic opportunity of presenting her work at the Osteopathic European Academic Network (OsEAN) Conference in Vienna, where she was awarded first prize for best poster presentation.
