Richard Twining

Programme Leader (International Department)

Richard Twining graduated from the ESO and the University of Wales with a Batchelor’s degree in Osteopathy and was subsequently awarded a Postgraduate Diploma from the ESO and the University of Greenwich. Following graduation he joined the ESO faculty and taught the visceral course for 6 years and was also a tutor in the ESO student clinic. He has taught internationally across Europe, in New Zealand and the Caribbean and was a founder faculty member of the Japan Traditional Osteopathy College in Kobe.

Richard has a particular interest in osteopathic integration and the fascial, fluid, neural and vascular systems and is an associate member of the UK Royal Society of Medicine.

Currently, he is the International Programme Leader for the European School of Osteopathy with responsibility for the international programmes
