The best time to visit is on an Open Day. These are informal but fairly structured half-day events, which provide information on osteopathy as a career, the course, entry procedures, accommodation and finance. The Open Day includes a tour of our premises at Boxley House and a visit to the teaching clinic in Maidstone. There you will have a chance to meet some of our third and fourth year students and get their views on student life at the ESO. Throughout the day you are encouraged to ask questions – we are also happy to speak to you on an individual basis about any particular issues you may have.
The Open Day starts at 9.15 and finishes around 13.45. There is an opportunity for applicants to observe lectures from 14.00 – lectures are of 1hr duration, finishing at 17.20.
So that you can make an informed decision, we highly recommend you attend an Open Day before you apply for, or accept, a place on the course. Applicants who have been selected for interview and have some distance to travel will, where possible, be offered an interview to coincide with an open day. Upcoming Open Days:
- Wednesday 29th March
- Wednesday 26th April
