The European School of Osteopathy is a high profile institute that is recognised throughout the world-wide osteopathic community as a centre of osteopathic excellence.
The School operates from 2 sites:
The academic site at Boxley, a beautiful 17th century country manor house:
- It is set in 17 acres of parkland in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
- It is at Boxley that the majority of lectures take place.
- The relaxed and friendly atmosphere is conducive to study.
- There are 5 teaching rooms, equipped with modern adjustable couches for use in practical classes, with one room that is used for theory lectures only. All classrooms are equipped with a range of teaching resources.
- The majority of classrooms are now equipped with ceiling mounted projection and audio units to aid the teaching environment.
- There is a well equipped modern library. For more information, please click here
- There is a large car park sufficient for all students and staff parking

- A canteen and dining area is available. The canteen offers freshly prepared food on a daily basis, with a vegetarian option always provided. The canteen is subsidised by the school so meals are available at affordable prices. The canteen is open for breakfast and lunch every teaching day. Danish pastries, home-baked cakes, sandwiches, snacks and drinks can be purchased throughout the day.
- In the summer the students can eat outside on the large patio, where they can relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings .
- There is plenty of space at Boxley to relax. A common room is provided for student use, which houses lockers where belongings can be left securely. Students can also play table tennis and pool in the large conservatory.
- During the summer months students take advantage of the spacious grounds to play volleyball, football and many other sporting activities. Some students prefer to use their lunch breaks for running rather than relaxing and the public footpaths that cross the property are ideal for this. Of course, most prefer just to stroll through the grounds or relax in the shade of one of the numerous trees.
- There is a riding school located within 10 minutes walk from the school, with plenty of bridle paths for the more experienced rider.
- Shower facilities are available for student use.

The busy teaching clinic is approximately 15 minutes by car from Boxley. The clinic:
- is located in Maidstone town centre to ensure maximum convenience for our patients.
- has 23 treatment rooms and carries out around 18,000 treatments a year.
- is manned by 3rd and 4th year students each week-day from 09.15 – 20.15.
- houses two large classrooms and offers plenty of space in which students may relax or study.
